Needs
— Elimination of “patchwork” automation in the form of disparate IT systems, the functions of which partially overlap each other.

Solution
As a result of many months of work, a microservice platform was gradually designed, developed and put into operation, which ensures the implementation of more than 50 business processes of the Security Directorate of the largest Russian retailer X5 Group (manages Perekrestok, Pyaterochka, Karusel, Chizhik networks, digital services 5Post, Vprok.ru Perekrestok and Food.ru)

A pre-project survey was carried out, as a result of which a register of business processes of the operational level was formed. A scheme of business processes with their interrelations has been developed.
Obtaining data from various corporate data sources and automatically making decisions based on the information received. Integration with the RPA system ensures the execution of routine tasks.
