Challenge and solution
Needs
Develop a solution for remote opening of settlement accounts for legal entities.
Onboarding a client and opening an account should be done without the need to visit a bank office and fill out documents.
In the process of opening an account, various departments and services of the bank are involved (KYC / AML, CSO, legal department, security, Core Banking).
Solution
In a short time and with a minimum budget, a solution was developed that provides:
— Filling out by the client an application for opening an account and a client questionnaire in a convenient web application (Angular / Spring Boot) and sending documents to the bank
— Loading client data from fact systems and automatic verification of information provided by the client (Camunda BPM)
— Processing of the questionnaire by various departments of the bank involved in the process of opening an account (DMN, Camunda BPM)
— Uploading client data and opening a current account in the Core Banking system (Diasoft FA#) using Talend Data Integration
The term for opening a settlement account for a legal entity has been reduced by 5-6 times.
The implemented solution increased the investment attractiveness of the bank.
