Challenge and solution
Select and adapt to the needs of the customer a solution that allows:
— store customer data (individuals and legal entities),
— communicate with clients,
— perform a number of regulated business processes (accepting a client for service, negotiating an agreement with a partner, etc.).
The solution should not require installation on end user computers.
The solution must be based on open source software.
A comparative analysis of the solutions present on the market was carried out. Based on the results of the analysis, the choice fell on OTRS Service Desk 6.
During several iterations, the system was configured and adapted to the requirements of the customer.
The analysis performed during the implementation of the system helped to identify business processes, process participants and the functions they perform.
The experience gained will be used for further development of the company's business processes using BPM.
