Reunico Digital Day 2026 Conference

On September 24, Reunico Digital Day 2026 | Real Cases in Process Automation took place in Almaty. It was a conference about practical experience in process automation, Camunda 8, AI, Document AI, and enterprise architecture.

This year, we brought together teams and experts who work with automation not in theory, but inside real projects: banking infrastructure, internal platforms, migrations, integrations, and complex business processes.

The conference featured talks from Kompanion Bank, Halyk Bank, Reunico, and ABBYY.

What We Discussed

Kompanion Bank shared its experience in developing in-house expertise in Camunda 8. The team explained why the bank chose to focus on internal competencies instead of relying entirely on outsourcing, and what conclusions they reached after several months of work.

Halyk Bank presented practical experience in migrating processes from Camunda 7 to Camunda 8 within a large banking infrastructure. The talk covered architectural decisions, risks, dependencies, and key takeaways for enterprise teams planning a similar transition.

The Reunico team presented Cabinee at the conference for the first time — our own business platform — and shared details about integrating Cabinee with Camunda 8 and the approach to enterprise processes without lengthy development.

ABBYY presented a talk on agentic automation, Document AI, and the role of AI in business decision-making. The talk focused on how companies can move from document processing to more complex automation scenarios, where control, transparency, and decision quality are especially important.
