Reunico, Camunda, and Bank Kompanion have signed a cooperation agreement as part of a project to implement Camunda 8. The project is focused on the development of digital services and the automation of the bank’s business processes, as well as on building a sustainable technological foundation for long-term digital transformation.
Bank Kompanion, one of the major financial organizations in Kyrgyzstan, became the first organization in the banking sector of Central Asia to implement Camunda 8 within a three-party partnership involving Camunda and Reunico.
Reunico’s role in the project
We are supporting the project across all stages of implementation — from architectural design and methodology to technical delivery and further platform evolution.
Reunico’s expertise allows Camunda 8 to be adapted to the specifics of the local market and the regulatory and operational requirements of the banking sector. This ensures stable process execution and enables gradual functional expansion as the bank’s digital services continue to evolve.
Significance of the agreement
The signed agreement establishes a foundation for long-term cooperation between Reunico, Camunda, and Bank Kompanion. The project is viewed not as a one-time implementation, but as a phased development of a process platform designed for resilience, scalability, and continuous functional growth.
For us, this initiative represents an important reference case in the banking sector of Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia, as well as confirmation of our practical experience delivering Camunda 8 in real enterprise environments.
